Cooking Yourself Thin - Penne Alla-Not-Ka

I made this last night, and it was delicious. I forgot to take a picture, but I'm sure I will make it again.
We added alot of red pepper flakes... which gave it a super KICK !

I have friends staying with me, and we are cooking alot. I decided to look in my cookbooks for lighter /less caloric recipes. I have "Cooking Yourself Thin" from Lifetime, "Hungry Girl's 200 Recipes under 200 calories" by Lisa Lillien, and one of the  "The Biggest Loser" cookbooks.  I will feature recipes as I try them in our quest to be THIN in 2010.
