1 - 15oz can of chili - no beans ( I use Wolf Brand)
1/2 lb - pasta ( I use capellini)
1/2 white onion - chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta per the directions on the package.
- In a medium sauce pan, warm up the chili, adding the onions and cheese (reserve some cheese and onion for garnish)
- Drain the pasta, and mix in with the chili. Serve immediately.
