pescado con corteza de tortilla (tortilla crusted fish)


con arroz, pimientos, poblanos y maiz en salsa de crema acida
(with rice, poblano peppers & corn in a sour cream sauce)

This was my lunch today.
Not too bad for Lean Cuisine - like a spicy fish stick.
BTW, the fish is alaska pollack - ever heard of it ?
Me neither!
