with blueberries

toasted challah (holla) bread
I learned about 2 products
Tapioca Pearls
(used in the blueberries)
&
Matcha
(a green tea powder sprinkled on the ice cream)

OMG, what an incredible Menu at Suze Restaurant. The hord'oeuvre selections are amazing! I can taste the Choco Mouse Bloom by just looking at the photo.
Yum, I could definitely go for some homemade ice cream right now to follow this dinner.
