Dallas Farmers Market Chef @ the Market Cooking Demo

This past Saturday, Jeffrey Hobbs
the chef at Suze Restaurant
showed us how to make
homemade ice cream
with blueberries
&
toasted challah (holla)  bread

I learned about 2 products

Tapioca Pearls
(used in the blueberries)
&
Matcha
(a green tea powder sprinkled on the ice cream)

OMG, what an incredible Menu at Suze Restaurant. The hord'oeuvre selections are amazing! I can taste the Choco Mouse Bloom by just looking at the photo.
